Our technicians can securely connect to your computer to provide remote support. Most problems can be resolved more quickly, less expensively and with fewer disruptions when compared to traditional onsite service.
Support Channels
How to initiate remote support
  1. Obtain a remote access PIN code by calling our technical support line at 514-394-1040 # 815.
  2. Enter your remote access PIN code in the field to the right, then click on “Connect to technician”
  3. Allow the remote session software to run by following the onscreen instructions.

 

Requirements for remote support
  1. Your system must be able to boot into Windows
  2. You must have an Internet connection

 

Security and privacy
  • We use the industry leading remote support software by Logmein.com.
  • Remote connections can only be initiated by the client and can be terminated at any time.
  • Once a support session is terminated, our technicians can no longer gain remote access to a PC. Each support connection requires a unique single use PIN code.
  • The client can view all actions taken by our technicians in real time.
  • All remote support sessions take place over secure and encrypted connections.
