Allan Avigdor - MSW, Network+
Founder and Principal Consultant

Allan Avigdor is the founder of UptimeNetworks.ca and its parent company Avigdor Technologies. Allan is a technologist with a passion for finding to ways to use technology to help people. He has extensive experience providing IT consulting, implementation and support services to the SMB and university sectors. He completed graduate studies with honors at McGill University and has published works in the areas of electronic government (e-government), journal evaluation and elder abuse. He lives in Montreal with his wife and 3 children and currently serves as president and principal consultant at UptimeNetworks.ca.

Bilal Kader serves as the Chief Technology Officer at UptimeNetworks.ca. Bilal is a rare mix of business and IT savvy. He completed his computer engineering degree in 1999 and MBA studies with honors shortly thereafter. He is currently working toward the completion of doctorate studies at Concordia University. Bilal has international experience working with business start-ups and providing consulting to a wide range of industries. He has extensive experience in Object Oriented Programming in both Windows and Unix environments with advanced skills in software design and programming analysis. This mix of business, IT and academic skills enables Bilal to develop a holistic understanding of clients’ businesses and the technology required to meet their needs.

Anatoli Rouban is a graduate of McGill University and serves as Chief Project Manager. He has more than 10 years of IT development and project management experience in a wide range of markets, including multimedia, marketing and publishing. Anatoli possesses a mix of design talent, IT skills and project management abilities. This mix, along with his innate dedication to customer satisfaction, makes him a valued member of our management team.

Richard Singh has been a consultant at UptimeNetwork.ca since 2000. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with extensive field experience. Richard has serviced a wide range of markets, from small business to enterprise level corporations. He is highly skilled in the areas of network design and security, as well as remote solutions and messaging. He is also experienced in the area of IT governance and regulatory compliance. Richard is a senior member of our consulting and support team.

Joel Ekstein is a highly skilled and experienced IT consultant and implementation specialist. Joel specializes in network and server-based technologies with a strong focus on IT security. He holds Microsoft and IT security related certifications along with extensive field experience. He is highly talented in the area of assessing IT needs and recommending practical and effective solutions. He is also a reputed IT diagnostician – both in terms of speed, accuracy and the wide range of technologies in which he is versed.

Adam Blechman is an IT consultant specializing in the SMB market space. Adam has close to a decade of experience in the area of needs assessments and the formulation of small business IT solutions. Adam is also active in the area of professional training and currently leads several groups for IT specialists. Adam’s personal hands-on approach and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned him a stellar reputation amongst customers.

Jason Thomlonson is a computer network technician with extensive field experience. He holds several technical certifications from the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Jason has a mastery of computers, servers and networks, which means that he has a holistic understanding of business IT systems with a proven track-record of rapid and accurate problem identification and resolution.

Neal Caminsky is an award-winning design and branding specialist. He has almost 20 years of design and video production experience across a number of industries. Neal also holds a Computer Science degree from McGill University. His personal approach to service and dedication to satisfaction makes Neal a trusted business advisor with a proven track-record. Neal provides client support in all matters related to personal and corporate branding, as well as website and graphic design best practices.

Lionel Perez is a lawyer specializing in IT law and business start-ups. As founder of CorporationCentre.ca, Canada’s leading online legal document filing services firm, Lionel has assisted in the formation of over 10,000 businesses. Lionel has extensive experience in advising start-ups and has written on the business and legal aspects of corporate formation and its impact on small business owners. Lionel holds law degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Université de Montréal, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He lives in Montreal with his wife and four children.

Micaёl Talbot is a graduate of the University of Montreal Law School. He has more than 8 years of business IT experience supporting both small and large companies. Micaёl specializes in needs assessments, strategic planning and analysis, as well as corporate governance. He has enterprise-level experience in the areas of disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Micaёl also provides our English clientele with valuable guidance and insight on how to effectively operate in French market spaces.
